PREMIERE: Big Sean – “Switch Up” | LIVE at USC Spring Fest 2013

When Big Sean’s ‘Switch Up’ dropped rumours started circulating that some of the lines in the track were disses directed to former G.O.O.D. Music rapper Kid Cudi who left the label a few days ago. To clear any doubt, Big Sean spelt it out for the students of USC before his Spring Fest 2013 performance that there really is no beef between them and that the song has nothing to do with him. A few days ago, he hung out with the guys from Power 106 who asked him directly about his feelings towards Kid Cudi leaving. “He ain’t signed to me. He ain’t gotta call me”, the ‘Guap’ rapper said. He reassured everybody that there’s no bad energy and that Cudi is his “brother”. So close, Cudi gave him his Jesus Piece because Big Sean lost his own. Listen in on the interview right here:
