Watch: Jay-Z x Zane Lowe: Part 3: Business & Politics | BBC Radio 1 Interview

Jay shares his sentiments on sport as an industry and gets fired up about politics.

When Jay said he wanted a billion and then a trillion in “Picasso Baby”, it wasn’t just a random wish upon a star – this nigga is doing things with his life. In this Part 3 of his BBC Radio 1 interview, he talks to Zane Lowe about the plan for Roc Nation to expand into something of a Virgin Group company. His first branch out of entertainment being sport after noticing how sport stars were getting shortchanged. Lowe takes the second half of this part into politics which Jay emphatically states he has and wants nothing to do with. Ironic since he’s so close to Obama and his family. We’ll let you listen to him explain himself on that one. All of this before he gets fired up about how things should be run in government. He seems to have a real interest in real people and their lives. Forget what you heard in, “Jay Z Blue (Daddy Dearest)”, this guy’s gonna be a great father.
